Crockpot Chicken Tacos

My son, being a picky eater, absolutely loved this. I ended up with leftovers for a couple nights.

Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

Love Always, Mommy
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 8 hours
Total Time 8 hours 5 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Mine were just a little defrosted. Not much)
  • 1 packet Packet Taco Seasoning (I used my own taco seasoning. If you make your own I used 3 tbsp)
  • 1 jar Salsa (I used mild – Paul Newmans)
  • Tortillas
  • Toppings

Instructions

  • Put your Chicken Breasts in your Crock Pot, pour the Taco Seasoning over the Chicken Breasts. Then pour the Mild Salsa on top. Set Crock Pot on Low and cook for 4-6 hours. (My crockpot doesn't have low 4 – 6 hours, so I did low for 8 hours and it came out perfect) You should be able to shred the Chicken apart with a fork. Put some Chicken in a Tortilla and top with whatever you wish.
