This is one of my son’s favorite recipes. My grandmother would make it for us when we were kids. I just don’t add the chopped onions since neither my son or myself like them. I made this for dinner last night.
American Chop Suey
|Meal type||Main Dish|
|Misc||Child Friendly, Freezable, Serve Hot|
- 1lb spaghetti
- 1lb beef (browed)
- 1 1/2oz condensed campbells tomato soup
- 6oz hunt's tomato paste
|Start by browning to beef in a pan.|
|Start cooking the spaghetti. Make sure you break it in half.|
|Once the beef is done I put it on a paper towel and plate to drain any grease off. I use 90% meat.|
|Once your spaghetti is done cooking drain and add back to the pot and add all ingredients. I also add a half a can of water.|
|Turn the heat back on and mix everything until warm all the way through.|
|I also make garlic bread sticks and put fresh grated parmigiana on it.|
