  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup orange juice (Juice of 3 oranges)
  • 1 Zest orange

Food Network Kitchens suggest caution in consuming raw and lightly cooked eggs due to the slight risk of salmonella or other food-borne illness. To reduce this risk, we recommend you use only fresh, properly refrigerated, clean grade A or AA eggs with intact shells, and avoid contact between the yolks or whites and the shell.

Step 1
In a bowl, beat the cream with a whisk until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the honey and vanilla extract and continue beating until firm peaks form. Combine the egg whites mixture to the cream and add the orange juice and orange zest.
Step 3
Using a popsicle mold or wax paper cups, fill the molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer overnight and serve.
